Over the last few months, GCI successfully raised over $74 million through a combination of 1) a Placement to wholesale and sophisticated investors and 2) a Unit Purchase Plan (UPP). The UPP provided an opportunity for existing unitholders to purchase units at the same price paid by wholesale investors under the Placement.
