As a signatory to the UN Principles of Responsible Investing, we are committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into our investment process. We have developed a robust Responsible Investment framework which includes our approach to assessing ESG risks and opportunities, investing in green and social bonds, engaging with originators and servicers, and collaborating with other stakeholders.

Gryphon recognises that climate change is one of the largest challenges facing modern society and realises the importance of sound environmental management by all companies. In addition to encouraging sustainable practices through responsible investment, we are committed to minimising our direct environmental impact.
We are conscious of the emissions and waste we produce and continue to take actions to minimise them. These include opting for energy efficient appliances, offering flexible working arrangements, supporting greener commuting through end-of-trip facilities, optimising business travel, and reusing or recycling IT hardware at the end of its useful life.
