The new public issues to market continued this month with 2024 now in the record books with over A$80 billion of public market issuances. A constant theme in 2024 has been the strong investor demand across the capital structure and this didn’t wane in November, enabling the execution of six new issues including five primary RMBS transactions totalling A$5.1 billion.
