At Gryphon, we are committed to improving the wellbeing of communities in which we live and work.
We are a signatory to Pledge 1%, a global corporate philanthropic movement which supports companies to give back to social causes through an ongoing commitment of employee time, product, or profit.
Our charitable giving is directed by our employees and the causes that matter to them. An annual charity pool is set each year and a team-based approach is used to select which charities and causes to donate to, with employees encouraged to submit donation proposals. We make donations rather than grants to reduce the administrative burden on charities and provide flexibility.
We support and actively encourage our employees to contribute their valuable time and expertise by volunteering with local community organisations. Every Gryphon employee receives two days of paid volunteer leave each year.
