No investor in Australian RMBS has ever lost capital when held to maturity.

At GCI our loan level data analytics covers over 65, 000 mortgage loans and every month we collect up to 47 different fields of information including payment information.

We also adhere to the APRA STRESS TEST for determining capital requirements for Mortgage Insurance, with a Probable Maximum Loss or PML defined as a 1 in 200 year event.
